It was just a commendable fit for a quick stopover in Sidari with best value. The large pool was refreshing, although a bit chilly at first. Bring a sweater for cooler mornings if you're visiting in fall.

Cooperation with quad bike rental. The panorama of the rooms from the very top with the shuttles. The food was really good. Staff was friendly and courteous.
The all inclusive drinks were horribly sweet and artificial. Bad to find there hotel. Tennis court a little too small. Mattresses much too hard. Sleepless nights for my friend.

Appreciated exceptionally good breakfasts!!
Generally, the place was wonderful and had polite stuff from cleaners to management. Twin room I stayed at was bright though with a lovely view. The hotel's location was fab, adjacent to all the bars/restaurants as well as the hill over looking the town.

The room met the demands, airy with fresh towels.
Views appeared to be awful.

The hotel offered engaging animation team activities.
Our room had overwhelming mold. The cleaning staff seemed to overlook basic hygiene, leaving dirty bathrooms. Even the replacement room didn't meet cleanliness standards. We were left feeling uncomfortable throughout our visit.

great views but some room improvements needed
The large pool area provided a refreshing escape, with plenty of room to relax. The staff showed really good kindness and were always ready to assist us, especially at the reception. We particularly enjoyed the fine sea view from our room.
The room felt a bit dated and could really use some upgrades.

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, a great outdoor swimming pool, and a friendly 24-hour reception. I recall how they helped me print documents on my first stay. The staff feels like family! I'm coming back for a city break.

The staff was really good, with a particularly commendable restaurant team who provided friendly service. Food options were varied and delicious, with highlights like Uonuma-grown rice that delighted my family. Room cleanliness was a major issue. We only received one cleaning during our week-long stay. The steep hill access to our room became cumbersome, especially when managing kids and luggage. The pool area often felt chaotic with a lack of supervision, concerning for safety.

We had such a fun time with the amazing entertainment team and the food was a delightful surprise every day. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved unwinding in the sun loungers. Just a heads-up, the rooms could use a little upgrade, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay! 😊

Just returned from Panorama Sidari. The pool area was fantastic, spacious, and maintained a pleasant temperature even on hot days. The animation team delivered a variety of fun activities each day, keeping us entertained without being overbearing. The all-inclusive dining was excellent, with theme nights like Indian and Italian. Each meal had a great selection, and the food was well-prepared. I appreciated the snacks available at the pool bar throughout the day, especially the delicious crepes. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled a bit in our room. The rooms showed signs of age and definitely required refurbishment, it reminded me of we had a lot of small fixable issues like rusty hinges and broken lampshades. Sunbed availability was limited as many loungers were reserved early with towels. The steep access to the hotel may not work for everyone, especially those with mobility concerns. Still, the views were beautiful, and the location close to the beach and local attractions made up for the shortfalls. I plan to return, hoping for some upgrades by then.
